Setting Up Your Photo Gallery

Creating a photo gallery on your event’s website with PartyLabz is as easy. First, you need to create a new tab (we can call it a page) on your event’s website. During this step, you will choose the function "Images" for this tab. You can get pick an icon for the tab from our catalog, name it, and decide who gets to see it (visibility), and the allow your guests to upload photos too!

How It All Works

Once your gallery is up and running, here's what happens:

• Image Resizing: If any image uploaded is larger than 1920x1080, PartyLabz resizes it to this resolution. It helps your gallery load faster!
• Easy Navigation: Your photo gallery will automatically show thumbnails of all uploaded images, starting with the newest. If you see an image and think, "Hmm, I think I have a better name for this," you can rename it just by clicking on the image’s name. Remember, your guests can rename their uploads, too!
• Viewing Images: Want to see an image up close? Just click on any thumbnail, and it enlarges to fill your screen. You can easily move to the next or previous photo by clicking on the arrows on the sides of the image.
• Ordering and Voting: PartyLabz gives you the power to sort images in the order you fancy – by name, by when they were uploaded, or by how many upvotes they have received. Yes, you read that right! Every recognized guest, as well as hosts and co-hosts, can upvote their favorite images. It adds a fun, interactive element to your event’s website.
