Changes to Our Pricing Plans

We have some news to share with you. Starting May 25, 2024, we are rolling out new pricing plans designed to meet the needs of all our users — whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or planning a large-scale event. We've listened to your feedback and are making our event management platform even more affordable and flexible. Read on to discover the new plans and what they offer!

New Pricing Plans

FREE Plan

Our FREE plan now comes with some new perks! Enjoy up to 10 emails and 10 text messages. However, users can only use the default email and text invitation templates provided by PartyLabz. With this plan, you can create up to 5 events every month. Please note that advertisements will be displayed at the bottom of your event website. Also, your event website can have only one page.

LIGHT Plan

For just $9, the LIGHT plan is perfect for events with up to 30 guests. It includes 300 emails, 60 text messages, and up to 3 pages on your event website. Although ads will still appear, this plan offers great value for smaller, more intimate events. Similar to our FREE plan, users can only use the default email and text invitation templates provided by PartyLabz for sending invitations.

PRO Plan

Our popular PRO plan keeps its name but comes with some updates. For $35 per event, you can now host up to 500 guests and send 2,500 emails and 100 text messages. With this plan, you can create up to 50 pages for your event website. It also allows users to enter custom messages in email and text invitations, tailoring your communication to fit your event’s style. In addition, this plan introduces the ability to sell tickets to your event, making it perfect for monetized events. However, it does not include SEO capabilities or custom trackers.

BUSINESS Plan

We are excited to introduce our new BUSINESS plan, available for $100 per event. This plan supports events with up to 3,000 guests, 15,000 emails, and 300 text messages. It is also a popular choice for life-changing events like weddings. You can create up to 50 pages for your event website and even upload your company's logo, with the PartyLabz logo hidden by default. This plan includes all the features you need for a professional event website and allows users to enter custom messages in email and text invitations, adding a personal touch to your communications. Additionally, this plan enables you to sell tickets to your event, making it ideal for larger and monetized gatherings.

All per event plans allow you to upload up to 150 MB of files shared among all the events. If you need more space we recommend you consider our subscription plans.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans mirror the features of our per event plans and are designed for those who regularly host events. These plans offer convenience and peace of mind by allowing seamless creation of new events or copying past events with ease without the need of upgrading. Whether hosting frequent gatherings or managing recurring events, subscription plans ensure you always have the tools you need at your fingertips. Also, our subscription plans give you more space for your images, videos and files - up to 1 GB of space instead of 150 MB.

LIGHT+

The LIGHT+ is a subscription version of the LIGHT. Priced at $5 per month with an annual subscription, $9 per month with a quarterly subscription, or $15 for a month-to-month subscription, this plan is designed to be affordable for those who host small events regularly. With the LIGHT+ plan, you can create up to 3 events monthly.

PRO+

The PRO+ plan offers the same features as the PRO plan but comes as a subscription plan and it is priced at $19 per month with an annual subscription, $29 per month with a quarterly subscription, or $55 for a month-to-month subscription. Subscribers can create up to 5 events per month.

BUSINESS+

The BUSINESS+ plan is an ideal choice for frequent professional events, offering the same features as the BUSINESS plan. This plan is available for $35 per month with an annual subscription, $55 per month with a quarterly subscription, or $100 for a month-to-month subscription. Subscribers can create up to 5 events per month.

Unified Text Messaging Add-On

We're also simplifying our text messaging add-ons. Instead of separate options for the US/Canada, UK, and Australia, we are combining them into one add-on. The price will depend on your plan, being $25 for the LIGHT plan, $20 for the PRO plan and $19 for the BUSINESS plan.
