With our Sponsors feature, showcasing your event sponsors on your event website has never been easier or more effective. Let's dive into how this awesome feature works and how it can elevate your event to new heights.

How Does It Work?

Getting your sponsors displayed prominently on your event's website involves a few simple steps. First things first, you'll need to gather some information about your sponsors.

Step 1: Adding Sponsor Information

Head over to the Sponsors page at the account level on PartyLabz. Here, you can add all the details about your sponsors, such as:

• Name: Name of a sponsor
• Logo: Add their logos for brand recognition.
• Website: A link to their website for curious attendees.
• Phone: In case participants want to get in touch.
• Social Networks: Up to 3 social platforms to follow them on.
• Description: Information about the sponsor. This is only for your eyes and will never be displayed on your event website.

In our free plan, you can add up to 5 sponsors. However, if you've opted for our PREMIUM or BUSINESS subscription plans, you can add more sponsors. Please reference our Pricing page for details.

Step 2: Showcasing Sponsors on Your Event Website

Once you have your sponsors ready to go, either visit your existing event website or create a new one. Navigate to the Sponsors page on the event level and hit the Add button. A pop-up dialogue will appear, allowing you to select the sponsors for this specific event.

But wait, there's more! You can even re-order your sponsors with a simple drag-and-drop action. This way, you can prioritize your sponsors in the order that makes the most sense for your event.

Just like that, your selected sponsors will now be displayed on every page of your event website. This not only gives your sponsors great visibility but also adds a professional flair to your event.
