We would like to inform you about changes in our pricing structure.

Old Plans

PartyLabz prices were previously determined based on the maximum number of guests. Basic functionality for up to 100 guests was provided free of charge.

Introducing the New Plans

Starting October 13, 2023, we have simplified our plans to offer just two options: "FREE" and "PRO":

  • FREE Plan: Great for smaller gatherings or for trying out our solution before purchasing PRO plan. This free plan allows you to host events with up to 10 guests and comes with a single page on your event website — for event details. Please note that telephony services are not included in this plan.

  • PRO Plan: This plan covers events with up to 5000 guests and has all the features our platform can offer, including 100 text messages for the US/Canada, 100 for the UK and 100 for Australia. Additionally, you get 100 minutes for incoming calls for RSVPs.


We have also introduced per-event addons, so you can buy and send as many messages as you require. Need more text messages for the US/Canada or the UK? No problem. Purchase add-ons starting at just $10 for 100 messages in the US/Canada, $20 for 100 messages in the UK or $20 for 100 messages in Australia. We're actively expanding our list of supported countries, so if you would  like us to prioritize a specific country, kindly inform us either through the “Contact Us” page or by sending an email to support@partylabz.com. Premium Plan (Subscription)

For frequent event planners, we have rolled out the PREMIUM subscription plan. Ideal for companies, event organizers, or those planning multiple events each month, this plan mirrors the PRO plan with one key difference — it doesn't include telephony services. However, you can still purchase add-ons on a per-event basis to meet your telephony needs.

Event Copying: Important Things to Know

PartyLabz has long offered an event copying feature but with the new plans you need to be aware of the nuances before you create a copy of an event created back when the old plans were active.

Let's break it down. Suppose you're copying an old event that was on the free Plan 100, featuring 5 tabs and a guest list of 25. The copied event will indeed retain the same tabs and guests. However, there's a catch.

If your new event is on the FREE plan (which now allows up to 10 guests), only two tabs will be visible to your guests. Also, no guests will be able to RSVP, as the new FREE plan has a maximum guest limit of 10. 

To unlock the full potential of your past event — utilizing all 5 tabs and enabling RSVPs for the original 25 guests — you'll need to consider upgrading the event.

No Stress for Existing Plans

Events created in the past with old plans will continue working seamlessly as per the plan's capabilities. No additional upgrades are necessary.
