Joseph A. Locke DO, DAAPM
Doctor Joseph A. Locke began his education at Colorado State University and completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Human nutrition and Food Science. His understanding of the complexity of nutritional biochemistry allowed him to develop a unique understanding of how our daily dietary habits can affect our core health. With this education, he decided to move forward and practice medicine in order to improve health outreach. He is a graduate from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and is a Diplomate for the American Academy of Integrative Pain Management, which led him to utilize many areas of musculoskeletal medicine to achieve improvements in physical function. His training for prolotherapy regenerative medicine was accomplished with the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine and stem cell treatment education through the Orthobiologic Institute.

David Tranchita, MA, PT, OCS, CMTPT, CSCS
Dave received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University and then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado. Dave has taken extensive post-graduate course work so that he could specialize in Manual Therapy, Orthopedics, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Arthritis Disorders. Dave possesses three specialty certifications: Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dave has been the Physical Therapist for 28 years treating a variety of patient from lay people to profesional athletes. He was the physical therapist for the Milwaukee Admirals Hockey team and continues to work with high school, collegiate and weekend athletes. He is on the leadership board of the Arthritis Foundation for the Upper Midwest Region and supports the Milwaukee Branch by being a strong advocate through volunteerism.
