The Secret Santa feature allows you to randomly assign guests to be Secret Santas for each other.
There are two modes:
- Random pairing: Guests receive a gift from their own gift recipients
- Random drawing: In general, guests do not receive a gift from their gift recipient
In addition, you may enter:
- Recommended price for a gift
- A message for all participants that will be emailed, along with information about their gift receiver. For example, Secret Santas can reward people or cheer them up :)
When you activate the Secret Santa function, emails with assigned gift recipient information and your optional message will be sent to each participant.
Note that onlly those guests who have email address will participate in the game. If a guest brings plus ones and wants them to participate as well he needs to enter their names and email adresses.
Secret Santas are assigned and have received emails with the name of their gift recipient. If you delete some guests, or guests change their mind about attending the event, they should still give a gift to their assigned recipient. If a new guest is added, you must re-activate the game by clicking on the Reactivate button.

The event website is live and ready to collect RSVPs.
TO ADD TABS: Click on the plus icon (+) in the tabs row or ”Add a tab” under the top, right Menu. In the new tab, add text by selecting ”Edit text” below the tabs.
TO SHARE YOUR EVENT: Click on the ”Get event URL” button in the top, right corner to copy the event URL or use your social network button. It’s fine to combine public and private invitations. However, try to keep the two groups separate. For example, if guests are not on social media, invite them by sending email or text invitations with a unique URL. For those on social media, post the public URL.
TO SEND INVITATIONS: Select the “Guests” tab, add guests, click on the “Send” button, and choose email or text invitations. You do not need to obtain an event website URL in this case.
