1904rt x Norwood Paragon Training Day

This is an opportunity for riders of all levels to practice group ride and race skills. You don't have to have current racing experience, or even an intention to race to come along: these sessions are open to all. 

If you have got a few races under your belt, there will still be plenty to learn from race team riders and our expert coach, Ian Watson (@coachwatto - manager of Team Brother UK – LDN) will cover:

• Race craft
• Sprint technique
• Bunch cornering

Riding from 2-5pm, on the Cyclopark Circuit in Kent, using circuits D/F, and E (the upper hairpin section).

Please sign up to confirm attendance. Free for members of 1904rt race team and Norwood Paraon, £5 non-members (pay on day).

1904rt is a women’s race team, with riders based across the South of England. Our goal is to provide female cyclists with the team mates and support required to progress from regional level racing to National series events. Find out more here.

Norwood Paragon

Norwood Paragon is an active Surrey cycling club, with members who take part in road and crit racing, time trialling and mountain biking. The club was founded in 1904, and meets for regular club runs at Reigate's Maison du Velo, at 9am every Sunday. FInd out more here.
